Refund policy
We stand behind our products at WST Australia. That's why we offer our money back guarantee. If for any reason there is a problem with your vibrator, we offer a 30 day warranty from order purchase date and will provide a full refund less shipping.
HOW TO START A RETURN?
For all refunds or returns of faulty products, please email hello@womenssextoys.com.au with the following information:
- Order details: Full name, Postal address, Order date, Order number and Payment method (VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, etc) with last 4 digits of credit/debit card if applicable.
- A video of:
- The vibrator clearly connected to the charger and then being removed from the charger before turning on OR with new batteries installed if it's battery powered
- The power button being held down for 3 seconds to turn the device on
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be provided with return shipping information. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received and confirmed your return, please contact us at hello@womenssextoys.com.au.
REFUND POLICY
For hygiene and safety reasons, WST Australia only accepts returns or exchanges on unopened (sealed) products or if the product you received is deemed to be faulty.
- If you have not opened your package and the tamper seal sticker has not been damaged or removed, you can return your unopened package to us and we will provide a full refund of your order less shipping.
- If an item has been used, or the plastic hygiene seal of your packaging has been opened, we cannot provide a refund. We’re sorry if you don’t love your new vibrator, unfortunately every toy isn't perfect for every body, and as such we are unable to provide refunds or credits for change of mind on working products.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Refunds can only be applied for on this website for faulty products, not for change of mind. Order details, video of product fault and original receipt must be submitted to WST Australia to be eligible for a refund.
- Warranty refund only applies to claims with supporting video evidence demonstrating the fault of the product which must be sent with the claim.
- WST Australia reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
- WST Australia reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the order being placed.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal goods (such as lubricants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
