For hygiene and safety reasons, WST Australia only accepts returns or exchanges on unopened (sealed) products or if the product you received is deemed to be faulty.

If you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch with us via our Refund page and someone from our team will assist you directly.

Can I return my product if I don’t like it?

We’re sorry if you don’t love your new vibrator, unfortunately every toy isn't perfect for every body, and as such we are unable to provide refunds or credits for change of mind on working products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How long will shipping take?

For orders placed before 1pm AEST, we ensure same-day dispatch from our Australian distribution centre. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. Please note, this policy excludes weekends and public holidays.

Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days with Standard shipping and 1-2 business days with Express shipping of product dispatch date.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free Standard shipping on all orders over $50 and free Express shipping for orders over $150! Shipping for carts under this threshold will be calculated at checkout.
